1 teaspoon salt.
1 cup cold water.
Mix cornmeal, salt and cold water.
Pour the mixture into boiling water, stirring occasionally.
Cook until thickened, stirring frequently.
Cover and simmer about 15 minutes.
hot with milk and sugar and serve. 3 cups boiling water.
Serving Size: 1 / 6 of recipe.
Yield: 6 servings.

Melt butter. Brush chicken with butter. Crush potato chips
with a roll before opening the bag. Mix garlic, salt and
fried pepper. Combine chicken with potatoes butter
chip mixture. Place the pan on the skin side up. Pour remaining mixture over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 C) for 1 hour.
PERFORMANCE layer for a deep fryer.
TIME: Prep Time 10 minutes Cooking time about 1 hour.
HAWAIIAN CHICKEN
1 teaspoon oil or margarine.
2 1 / 2 pounds chicken, boneless and skinless.
1 / 4 teaspoon salt.
1 / 8 c. teaspoon pepper.
1 can (6 ounces) pineapple juice, frozen concentrate.
2 cans (12 ounces) of water.
Icing pineapple juice.
Serving Size: 1 / 5 of the recipe.
Yield: 5 servings.
Grease a large skillet. Heat a frying temperature low.
Place chicken pieces in hot skillet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cook until the chicken begins to brown.
Add thawed pineapple juice in saucepan.
Stir water into the can and add to saucepan.
Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 50 minutes or until chicken is fork tender.
Place chicken on a hot plate.
Degrease the juices of chicken in the pan.
This reduces the juice until it thickens a little (about 5 minutes).
Return chicken to skillet. heat for a few minutes.
Smoothie
1 large banana.
1 cup fresh peaches or strawberries.
A small carton (8 ounces) vanilla yogurt.
1/2-cup fruit juice.
Place all ingredients in a mixer.
Blend on high until smooth.
Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
Serving Size: 1 / 2 of the recipe.
Yield: 2 servings.
DEEP DISH APPLE blueberry pie
4 large apples, peeled, cored and sliced.
2 1 / 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries.
3/4-cup sugar.
1 / 4 cup of flour.
1 teaspoon spice pie apples.
1 prepared pie crust.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl of size and place in a greased 10-inch Deep-dish.
Place one pie crust on top of fruit. Cut 3 or 4 slots allow steam to escape.
Bake at 375 degrees for about an hour. hot with a slice of cake on top of the fruit and serve. Refrigerate leftovers.
Serving Size: 1 slice.
Yield: 10 servings.
Peach Crisp
4 peaches (4 cups sliced).
2 tablespoons margarine.
3/4-cup quick-cooking oats.
1/2-cup sugar.
1/4-cup flour.
2 teaspoons cinnamon.
1 teaspoon lemon juice.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Cut the peaches.
Spread peach slices in the bottom of the cooktop.
Melt margarine in saucepan.
In a small bowl, combine everything but the peaches. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
Sprinkle the oat mixture peaches on top.
Bake for 20 minutes.
hot or cold. To remove the peach fuzz, you can rub gently washed fishing with a paper towel.
Serving Size: 1 / 6 of recipe.
Yield: 6 servings.
English muffin pizza vegetarian
1 cup chopped cooked broccoli.
4 together (8 halves) English muffins.
1 cup pizza sauce (or spaghetti sauce).
1/2-cup mozzarella cheese, Hand shredded skim milk.
3 tablespoons shredded carrots.
1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese.
Cut the broccoli to 1 cup broccoli.
Place broccoli in a saucepan with water. Cook over medium heat until tender.
Drain water of the pan. That fresh broccoli.
Cut 4 rolls in the English medium. Toast the muffin halves 8.
Grate mozzarella cheese ½ cup grated cheese.
Peel and mash the carrots to carrots 3 tablespoons grated cheese.
Pour 2 tablespoons tablespoons pizza sauce on each English muffin half.
Sprinkle a tablespoon of grated mozzarella cheese on each half.
Put 2 tablespoons chopped broccoli and shredded carrots 1 teaspoon on top of each half.
Sprinkle each half with a teaspoon Parmesan cheese.
Toast in toaster oven for 2 minutes, until cheese is melted.
Serving Size: 2 pizzas (each consisting of 1 / 2 English muffin)
Yield: 4 servings.
HONEY PUMPKIN
1/3-cup milk powder, nonfat.
2 cups flour.
1 tablespoon coffee soda ash.
2 1 / 2 c. teaspoon cinnamon.
1/2-teaspoon teeth.
1/2-teaspoon allspice.
1/2-teaspoon nutmeg.
1/3-cup vegetable oil.
2/3-cup honey.
1 / 2 cup of orange juice.
2 tablespoons orange zest.
2 eggs.
1 cup mashed pumpkin.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray lightly with oil spray or nonstick 12 x 15 inch baking pan with sides.
In a small bowl, combine milk powder, flour, baking soda and spices. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine oil, honey, fruit juices, nuts, eggs and pumpkin.
Shortly simply add the flour mixture the pumpkin and stir until smooth. Spread mixture onto prepared pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until browned and cake springs back when lightly touched with finger. Cool. Cut into squares.
Serving: 2 bars.
Yield: 30 servings.
