send your recipe to a lawyer with a SASE and have him/her send it back to you…..file for a patent thru the U.S. patent office…find a manufacturer to make your product..until then, you could test sell it at flea markets and have a results paper for the ppl to fill out…if it sells then, go to various stores and try to have them put some on their shelves……and good luck

I tried the link you posted and it’s got tons of great information.
There are two types of soap you can make. The simpler version is called Melt & Pour (MP) which basically involves only those two steps. The other kind involves combining oils with lye to create the soap from scratch – often referred to as CP (cold pour) soap although it could also be HP (hot process).
If you want to learn about CP soap then I suggest you devour and memorize everything you can find on millersoap.com and soapcalc.com. If it is MP soap that catches your fancy try New Directions (http://www.newdirectionsaromatics.com/soap-making.php). You can get the base from New Directions, Peak Candle Supply, Nu-Scents or many others. The stuff in the craft stores is ok, but for truly high quality MP soap you want either Stephenson’s or SFIC (Nu Scents has Stephenson).
Tricks – spritz with rubbing alcohol to release bubbles and to get layers to adhere; use a paint brush or a pipette/dropper to fill in details on a mold if you want them to be different colors; melt in the microwave in short bursts – stirring between; micas are great non-bleeding colorants; if you are suspending something like oatmeal in your soap you will need to wait until it’s fairly cool and thick to pour; you can make a soap more bubbly by adding some glycerin – or more moisturizing by adding some oil or shea butter…
