Is it legal to sell homemade soap, shampoo, lotions, etc in the UK? even if it is only about in my area? plan that would label the ingredients etc, just want to know if it is legal to sell home

Has anyone found some old VHS tapes in a thrift store?
As home tapes of television shows people out (such as news, prime time programs, serials, etc.) I was wondering! I think I found several house bands and a band labeled "Twin Peaks" and another that says, "My Soap" It was pretty funny. I was tempted to buy them. However, it was out of dollars, and my mother would not buy them. 
Has anyone had any luck?
You can find all sorts of things recorded television-owned stores and flea markets. In the case of "Twin Peaks", which woud have been a cheap way to see some old episodes without having to buy the DVD. More is always to see the old commericials. I recently found an old cassette with an original edition of "Duck Tales" with commercial and an episode 1980 "Both my parents" later. The only problem might be, you never know when you could find a dirty movie or something that is not marked the band, so beware if your afraid to find things by accident.
