Will a hamster not know your scent if you wash your hands with scented soap?
I’m getting a hamster for my daughter, and was wondering, if you were to handle the hamster after you wash your hands with lavender soap, will the hamster think the scent is the owner? It’s a baby, and it will be my first time handling it. Also after that, can the hamster smell over the soap and smell the Human?

wash ur hands with just water and then handle it then when ur done wash ur hand with soap and water. i hope u know how to care for it. Get a glass aquarium because the cages with rails dont stop them from throwing there bedding out of the cage

So pretty much, you get it. I JUST WANT THE PLEASURE OF SMELLING LIKE COFFEE. Nothing makes me happier than walking into a coffee shop, or walking by the coffee isle and that’s just really want I want/need right now. So any ideas?
there are extracts of coffee and chocolate tht you can order to add to soap, but it would be easiest to order the essential oils form cocoa and coffee beans and mix them in a body lotion. hope you really enjoy the coffee smell!
