How I can recover a shower / bath soap scum?
My father has not erased his bath in 15 years. Thats right 15 years accumulation of soap scum. It's gross. Other than the foam of soap, the bath is not bad. They have no money to replace it, but I'm on a tight budget. Is there anything I can use to remove and / or restore the bathtub? I tried to bam and other easy to remove soap scum as well as chlorine and pressure washing.
I use "The Works" clean rain. It is very good. It really meant for rust, but works on soap scum as well. You just spray it mostly just drips away. It is at the cheaper end of the line products as well, but it is much better than anything else. If you have spent so much time, you may have to add some bushes, but not much, I think. Be careful though, has a strong smell wonderful. I hold my nose and mouth with his shirt when spraying. And I have in my ventilation.
