Any solutions for not being bitten by bugs..mosquitos in particular?
This is s repeat because I want two categories covered and am not sure whether outdoors people will see it is in skin conditions. So please do not tell me you saw my question before as an answer.
My son has his girlfriend from the UK and she cannot even look at the forest they love to hike in without being attacked by mosquitos and of course others…we thought she had come in contact with a deer tick but she was safe from lyme…she has tried all the traditional from special soap to skin so soft and it is not working..I have read that oregano helps after being bitten but I had heard or read somewhere that there was a herb or substance that you eat and it makes your blood less palatable..the doctor says she has a blood type that will attack mosquitos for miles…even covering up has not worked…so there..any ideas from the swamp people..there has to be some solution..thank the gods she missed black fly season.
Try a garlic supplement and the avon skin so soft is supposed to work….. you could also by a jar of fresh chopped garlic and spread the juice on but warn her that the moscas may leave her alone but the italians may come on to her if I know you bruce you may not like DEET but with west nile virus( dont know if that is a problem in Canada) you may have to use it good luck from Texas you should see our skeeters 2 months of rain WOW

Are Americans ready for a Moroccan Bath?
I’ve been searching all over the internet for a spa that performs Moroccan Baths in the SF Bay Area. This is very big in the middle east, especially in Dubai. So I’m wondering, are Americans just not ready for this type of intense treatment? Are they too fussy? Is that why they don’t have this here? Let me know what you think. Or if you know of a spa, would love to hear about it.
So what is a Moroccan bath?
It’s an intense cleansing and exfoliating, which takes one-and-a-half-hours to complete. In fact, the briefest part of this treatment is the little briefs you are given to wear – so perhaps it’s not the most ideal treatment for the more prudish among us. The deep cleansing begins using traditional Moroccan Black cleansing soap, which quickly penetrates the skin breaking up any dead skin cells that accumulate on our bodies over time.
